Overview of Services

Controlling Your Emotions: The foundation for understanding and processing emotional distress in 4 major areas that can affect emotional health and well being. In our sessions, we will work together to help you gain awareness of your emotions and discover the “why” underneath your emotional distress to alleviate the need for its negative affects.  

Exploring Your Sense of Self: Going through a significant life event can drum up feelings of doubt, uncertainity or dread. Emotional distress can emerge from feeling like something is missing inside of you or feeling like something is holding you back from being your best self. Let’s get to the core version of your true self and use emotional cues to find the answers we need to process the root cause of emotional pain.

Emotion Focused Couples Therapy: EFT is considered the ‘gold standard’ of therapy for couples. EFCT has a clear map of getting to the root of how and why couples get disconnected from one-another. It is a deep but results-oriented therapy with a clear map and focus on improving communication while creating secure bonding for couples.

How to Deal With Anxiety, Stress and Sadness: Worry, fear, anger and sadness are all normal, healthy emotions until they interfere with your ability to do the things you want or need to do.

My office is conveniently located in Encino, CA near the 405 and 101 freeways. I offer up to $10 reimbursement for garage parking if there is no available street parking ( which covers 1 hour). Can’t make it into the office? No worries – I’ve got you covered with teletherapy anywhere in California.
